Artist's Comments

Barren Story technique. horror assignment. actually glued down pieces of magazine onto the board of ladies arms and painted over it to give it a patchy quality, but you can't tell on the computer.
materials: red sharpie pen, pelican 4000 dye, watercolor, crystal clear, matte medium, and acrylic.

i'm glad you dig it! i very firmly stand by the original texas chainsaw massacre as being a great film. not just a great horror film, but a great film. it moved people in ways they were not expecting.

I haven't seen the original, but I plan on watching it soon. I really love the older, Resident Evil 4-esque chainsaw that Gunnar Hansen is seen using in the film.(Now I'm not sure if you're a Resident Evil fan, but I'm sure a few of the enemies in the 4th one were inspired by the classic Leatherface.;P)
